G7 Hiroshima Summit
Ahead of the G7 Hiroshima Summit taking place on 19-21 May 2023, Global Fund Advocates Network (GFAN), GFAN Africa and GFAN Asia-Pacific (GFAN AP), on behalf of communities living with, affected by and/or vulnerable to HIV, TB and malaria and civil society across the world, are urging and calling upon G7 leaders to press for language to showcase their commitment in the fight against HIV, TB and malaria that recommits to ending AIDS, TB and malaria by 2030 in the G7 Leaders Communiqué and recognise specifically the Global Fund and its effort in fighting the three diseases, strengthening RSSH while contributing to PPPR and achieving UHC.

Ahead of Partnership Forum 3 held from 3 – 5 March 2020 on the Post-2022 Strategy of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, GFAN AP together with APCASO, host of the APCRG, GFAN AP along with regional key population, community and civil society networks and organisations in the Asia-Pacific region are seeking your sign on to support the statement!
Global Fund Advocates Network Asia-Pacific (GFAN AP) is a platform of community and civil society advocates for a fully funded Global Fund. It supports community and civil society mobilisation in the areas of increased domestic financing for HIV, TB and malaria responses; increased donor contributions towards the Global Fund; and ensuring that policy frameworks on health financing take into account community, rights and gender issues.
