The regional Action for Latin America And Caribbean region was coordinated and led by the GFAN Latin America (GFAN LA) and was held in Mexico City, Mexico.

In addition, face-to-face meetings were set up with the Embassies of Canada, France and the United Kingdom. letters were also handed over to National AIDS Program of Mexico and Mexico City Vice Minister of Human Rights.
