Joint Civil Society Statement to the TICAD 9 Yokohama Declaration

This statement is jointly released by Africa Japan Forum (AJF), Civil Society For Malaria Elimination (CS4ME), Global Fund Advocates Network Africa (GFAN Africa), and Global Fund Advocates Network Asia-Pacific (GFAN AP) in response to the TICAD 9 Yokohama Declaration released on 22 August 2025 upon the conclusion of the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9).
