The Global Fund Advocates Network Asia-Pacific (GFAN AP) is an advocacy platform of HIV, tuberculosis and malaria community and civil society advocates in the Asia-Pacific region. We support advocacy for a fully resourced Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund), increased & sustainable domestic resource mobilisation for health, and equitable, people-centred, human rights-based, & gender transformative inclusion of HIV, TB and malaria responses within Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

World Malaria Day Event in Vientiane, Lao PDR
In conjunction with World Malaria Day, the Communicable Disease Department, Ministry of Health of Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), with the support of Global Fund Advocates Network Asia-Pacific (GFAN AP), Global Health Advocates (GHA) and Community Health and Inclusion Association (CHIAs) hosted an engagement event in Vientiane attended by over 40 representatives from ministries, international partners, diplomatic missions, communities, and civil society.
