Working together to strengthen the foundations of GFAN AP
To enhance GFAN AP’s position as a platform for community and civil society advocates supporting a fully resourced Global Fund, a governance strengthening initiative was initiated in the latter part of 2023. Guided by an organizational development consultant, the initiative encompassed a thorough examination of existing governance processes and interviews with key stakeholders. The subsequent phase of the governance strengthening process involves replenishing the GFAN AP Steering Committee. This report provides a concise overview of the significant findings and recommendations.
